Три комнаты раздельные, одна соединена с кухней. Два санузла. Четыре ТВ, три кондиционера, стиральная машина, холодильник, микроволновая печь, утюг, фен. Набор постельного белья, полотенец и банные принадлежности.
Цена на аренду дома меняется в зависимости от времени летнего сезона.

Advantages:

Отличный дом. Большие светлые комнаты, очень удобная планировка, качественная техника. Придомовая территория небольшая, но очень удобная, с мангалом и верандой. Отдыхали двумя семьями с детьми - впечатления только положительные. Очень приятный и заботливый хозяин. Обязательно приедем ещё.

Disadvantages:

До моря взрослому человеку идти минут 10-15. Дети 3-х лет на второй день напрочь отказались ходить пешком на пляж - либо коляска, либо машина.
