На улице возле кухни два обеденных стола с табуретками. Тихий, зелёный двор. Во дворе вся летняя садовая мебель, места отдыха, зона барбекю, мангал. Возле дома детская площадка, магазины, банкоматы, аптеки, рынок, амбулатория, остановки. До моря 7-10 мин. Пешком. Два песочных пляжа оборудованы всем необходимым. На пляже кафе, ресторан, столовая, место продажи экскурсионных туров. До города 10 мин. Транспортом. В городе все виды развлечений для детей и взрослых.
