Двор постоянно убирается. Много зелени. Кусты роз. Работает декорированный фонтан. Можно кушать как на кухне так и за столиками во дворе. Душ с горячей водой есть в помещении. Также есть отдельный летний душ. Предоставляется стирка белья.
Диван двухспальный, кровать односпальная - 2шт, вешалка, стулья - в номере на 3-4 человека кресло шкафчики.
До моря 10-15 минут. колхозный рынок супермаркет фреш аптеки детская площадка - 5 минут ходьбы.
