Advantages:

Гостеприимные и доброжелательные владельцы. Все соответствует объявлению. Можно с питомцами. Море в 2 км, но на машине всего 5 мин., а в 2 мин. пешком находится озеро с прозрачной тёплой водой. В этом СНТ есть и магазинчик и кафе, где вкусно можно покушать.
