Advantages:

2я линия, для тех кто любит ходить - до центра пешком минут 15. Трамвайная остановка рядом, можно проехаться по основным достопримечательностям. Просторные комнаты, реально апарты большие. В целом цена-качество.

Disadvantages:

Чайник не кипятит воду (нагревается до определённой температуры и все). Плита подушатана, но работает. В остальном все ок.
