В ист. части Евпатории отдельный домик со всеми удобствами сдам для отдыха семье до 3 гостей. Рядом: рынок (5 мин.), ист. пешеходный маршрут Малый Иерусалим, набережная Терешковой (10-15 мин.), любой транспорт, кафе, рестораны, набережная и пляж в 15 мин пешком.
В комнате 1 кровать и диван, шкаф для одежды, телевизор, кондиционер. Кухня с посудой, плитой, холодильником, горячей и холодной водой постоянно. В домике душ, санузел. Жильё автономно. Парковка.
Домик расположен в старом городе, рядом рынок, от набережной 10 мин. пешком, от вокзала 15 мир пешком, в 5 мир ходьбы 3 супермаркета. Маршрутные такси во все направления по городу в 5 мин ходьбы от остановки. Ист. центр города с развитой инфраструктурой.
