В нашем домовладении для аренды предлагается: пять отдельных, изолированных квартир (кто-то называет их домиками, кто-то номерами)

– три однокомнатные квартиры-студии, один двухкомнатный дом и один трёхкомнатный дом, а также небольшой двухэтажный коттедж в тихом уголке нашего двора в тени старинного ореха.

Каждая квартира имеет внутри все удобства, круглосуточную подачу горячей и холодной воды, оборудованную кухню с набором необходимой посуды, телевизор, холодильник, кондиционер. Все комнаты в квартирах раздельные.

Вход в каждую квартиру независимый со двора. Высота потолков в квартирах 3,5 метра. Отделка современными материалами. Двор тенистый, зелёный. Весь увит виноградом.

Возле входа в каждую квартиру (номер) установлен комплект летней мебели для отдыха на воздухе.

Имеется также специально оборудованное место для приготовления шашлыков. Предлагаем авто в аренду.
