Хороший ремонт, 2й этаж, балконы застеклены, с москитными сетками, на всех окнах стеклопакеты, окна выходят в тихий дворик, горячая холодная вода постоянно, кондиционеры в каждой комнате, тв в каждой комнате, безлимитный интернет wi-fi, хорошая мебель и бытовая техника, стиральная машина автомат, кабельное tv, холодильник, газовая плита, микроволновая печь, любая посуда, утюг, чистое постельное бельё.

До пляжа "солярис"-70-80 метров. Рядом с домом развитая инфраструктура – магазины, кафе, рестораны, парк, прогулочная набережная, остановки маршруток и трамваев рынок - всегда свежие фрукты и овощи.
