Уютная квартира до 3х чел. Расположена на первом этаже частного двухэтажного дома. Квартире дорогой свежий ремонт, новая мебель и вся бытовая техника, горячая вода круглосуточно. До набережных горького и Терешковой 15 мин идти, там же песчаные городские пляжи. В 20 метр два супермаркета яблоко и пуд, торговый центр фортуна, рядом много кафе столовая, аптека и банк.
Хорошая транспортная развязка, автобусы и трамвай. Есть место для авто!
Заезд после 14 час, выезд до 12 час.
По требованию выдаются документы на проживание!
