Advantages:

Уютный домик, есть всё необходимое для отдыха с семьёй. Доброжелательный хозяин, в доме чисто, уютно, отделка из качественных материалов, всё продуманно, сделано с любовью, как для себя. Магазины рядом, море рядом 5 минут прогулочным шагом. Трамвайная остановка рядом, можно посетить старый город и рынки. Будем рекомендовать друзьям. Спасибо за отдых. Ирина и Влад.

Disadvantages:

Лестница с улицы крутая: дисциплинирует, физическая культура всем полезна.

Advantages:

Близость моря, уютный интерьер, кондиционер.

Disadvantages:

Плохо работает газовая плита, очень шумно, потому что рядом лагерь, каждый день громкая музыка, шумные соседи.
