Расстояние до моря - 200 м, до ближайшего цивилизованного пляжа - 350 м, до пляжа для инвалидов - 400 м. Рядом - собор святого Николая, Караимские Кенасы, Синагога, Армянская церковь. До рынка и супермаркетов 15 минут ходьбы. Маршрутки до дальних городских пляжей. На набережной-детские площадки, аттракционы. По пятницам - бесплатные вечера на Караимской.
