Advantages:

Есть беседка, мангал.

Disadvantages:

Беспардонная хозяйка (в любое время может зайти в дом без стука, или даже когда нас не было дома). В объявлении указано что есть стиральная машина, на самом деле она находится у хозяйки, и каждый раз приходится идти на поклон. Кондиционер только для вида, на день его не разрешали оставлять включённым что бы приезжать с пляжа в прохладу. В объявлении написано что до моря 1200 метров, на самом деле это так, но до набережной, которая закрыта забором.
