До галечного пляжа на набережной 500 метров. Ближайший песочный пляж: ОАЗИС, городские пляжи ул. Симферопольской. В пяти минутах ходьбы колхозный рынок, супермаркеты "фреш", "пуд". Порядочные хозяева. Максимальное количество принимаемых гостей - до 5.

Все понравилось, очень приятная хозяйка, нас встретили и довезли до места, квартира в хорошем состоянии, все даже лучше, чем на фото, есть и мангал, фен, полотенца, вообщем остается только думать об отдыхе )
