Advantages:

Хорошее место расположения. Достаточная площадь. Есть вся необходимая бытовая техника. Нет проблем с водой. Рядом местный продуктовый магазин.

Disadvantages:

Одна комната без вентиляции - душно спать. Очень тесный санузел вообще и душевая кабина в частности.
