Двухкомнатный домик рассчитан на проживание 3-4 человека. Представляет из себя дом из двух комнат, одна из которых проходящая. У домика беседка со столом и стульями.
Расположение очень удачное, в 2-3 минутах ходьбы имеются остановки трамвая и маршрутки, рядом находятся множество бутиков с вещами, ресторанов, кафешек, столовых. Так же 5-10 минут ходьбы продуктовый магазин и супермаркет ПУД.
