Advantages:

Неплохое расположение. Рядом рынок, магазины. Тихий чистый дворик. В номере тоже чисто. Приветливый хозяин.

Disadvantages:

Очень неудобная мебель. Горячая вода только в душе. Вообще в номере все старенькое. На двоих три неширокие простынки. Неясно, как их использовать))). Если неудобные спальные места не волнуют, вполне подойдёт.
