Дом расположен в четырех минутах ходьбы от моря в историческом центре. До начала маршрута Малый Иерусалим идти пешком одну минуту, до Текие дервишей 15 века идти полминуты, в нескольких минутах ходьбы армяно-григорианская церковь 19 века, Русская Православная Церковь 19 века, мечеть 16 века, караимские кннассы 16 века, синагога, Греческая церковь 19 века и др. Восемь магазинов, включая круглосуточный - через дорогу. Кафе, столовые - в шаговой доступности. До набережной пешком идти три или четыре минуты, до песчаных оборудованных пляжей пешком 7 минут. Развлечения, аттракционы для детей и взрослых - в нескольких минутах ходьбы от дома.
