Advantages:

Отличная локация! Доброжелательная, но строгая хозяйка Ирина. Все работало. Все устроило. Отличный пляж родничок в 120 рублях на такси. Мангал и уютный дворик на ужин. Пешая доступность до набережной и парка со всеми курортными радостями. Отдых прошел замечательно! Рекомендую дом и хозяйку!

Disadvantages:

Душ отремонтировать надо)))

Advantages:

Остановились здесь семьёй в 4 человека, все достаточно комфортно, не хватало немного стиральной машинки, есть отдельный нагреватель для горячей воды в душе, все чисто и комфортно. До пляжа минут 15 спокойным шагом

Disadvantages:

Немного навязчиво было отношение хозяйки квартиры, было такое ощущение что за нами постоянно следят, но в целом все нормально
