Advantages:

Хорошее местоположение, небольшой внутренний дворик, доброжелательные хозяева, хорошее оснащение техникой квартиры (3 телевизора, в каждой комнате по телевизору).

Disadvantages:

Плохое состояние ванной, которая, безусловно, является слабым местом квартиры, издержки проживания в частном секторе - грязь на улице ( обилие кошачьего и собачьего дерьма), забитые грязью ливневки, в случае дождя лужи по колено).
