Сдаем 2-х ком квартиру в частном доме в исторической части города, до пляжа 10-15мин пешком, до набережной 7-10 мин легким шагом.
Дом расположен на первом этаже, второй этаж мансарда там еще два номера.
Двор закрытый находиться полностью под видео наблюдением, зеленый, тенистый, с общей зоной барбекю. Возле каждой квартиры есть своя зона отдыха с деревянной садовой мебелью.
Комнаты раздельные. С удобной новой мебелью. Все удобства, wifi, горячая вода без перебоя, кондиционер, стиральная машинка в общем пользовании во дворе.
Новый ремонт 2020 года.
До моря набережной 10 мин пешком, до пляжа 15 мин (900 метров). Рядом магазины.
Машины ставим вдоль нашего двора под постоянным видео наблюдением
Во дворе сдаем 4 отдельные такие же квартиры только для уютного семейного отдыха. Шумные вечеринки не приветствуются.
