Все удобства, беседки, прудик с лилиями, красивый сад с множеством цветущих роз, место для парковки 2-х авто, кондиционер, стиральная машина, микроволновка, большой холодильник,газовая плита,кух.посуда,кабельное тв, вай-фай, место для отдыха в саду с мангалом, летний душ. Рядом центральный рынок, магазины. Тихий район. До набережной Горького 20 мин. пешком.

Advantages:

все замечательно, красивый садик во дворе, хозяйка милейшая, в домике есть все что нужно, чисто, аккуратно. рекомендую.

Advantages:

Отдых нам понравился, очень комфортно, есть все необходимое. Очень красивый сад, приятно проснуться, а за окном пение птиц, аромат цветов и спелых фруктов. Спасибо хозяйке, приятная женщина, встретила нас и проводила с радушием. Я б ещё туда вернулась))

Disadvantages:

Единственный минус это расположение к морю. Далёковато до лазурного пляжа, он нам больше всего полюбился, ездили мы туда на своей машине. Пешим ходом далёковато
