Новый очень уютный двухъярусный апартамент. На первом этаже прихожая, кухня, туалетная комната. На втором этаже просторная спальня (блэкаут), есть балкон. Апартамент находится в частном трехэтажном гостевом доме. Во дворе есть зона отдыха с мангалом.

Есть все, что нужно для комфортного отдыха. Детская кроватка по запросу, оплата отдельно.

В 5-10 мин. дальности транспортная развязка, рынок, супермаркеты, рестораны, банки, кафе, бистро, центр города, набережная Терешковой - море, храмы, мечеть. Даю пропуск на благоустроенный ПЛЯЖ близлежащего санатория (10-15 мин. пешком).

Очень хорошее месторасположение , все в шаговой доступности; море 10 минут, старый город , вечерами у мечети Джума-Джами живая музыка. Городской парк 10 минут не спеша. Рынок колхозный, много магазинов все рядом. Очень гостеприимные хозяева.
