В номере: Свой туалет, душевая кабинка,(вода горячая постоянно), двуспальная кровать, двуспальный диван, прикроватные тумбочки, журнальный столик, плательный шкаф, стулья. Из техники: кондиционер, телевизор, утюг, холодильник, электроплитка на две конфорки, микроволновая печь. Кухня находится в номере со всей не- обходимой посудой, для приготовления пищи. Жилье расположено в центре исторической части города. В восьми минутах от дома благоустроенный обновленный парк, набережная Валентины Терешковой, благоустроенные площадки для развлечения детей, широкий пляж, красивейший музыкальный фонтан посередине набережной Терешковой. Ресторанчики, кафе, столовые, супермаркеты, аптеки- все в шаговой доступности от дома.

Уборка помещения через пять, 10 дней, без оплаты. На усмотрение клиента. Если чаще, то по договорной цене. Плата за уборку за 7-10 дней входит в стоимость за проживание, стоянка рядом с домом бесплатно, за проезд на такси до авто вокзала и от аэропорта до дома и наоборот от дома до аэропорта платно. До авто вокзала 80-100 рублей, до аэропорта и от аэропорта до дома 1500 рублей. Можно договориться и за 1300 рублей в июне месяце. Доплата за каждого дополнительного гостя свыше 3-х человек, с июля месяца, 200 рублей.
