Сдаю 4хком. Дом у моря в пригороде евпатории! Под ключ, можно на 2-3 семьи, в пригороде (12км) евпатории заозёрном, дачный посёлок, со всеми удобствами (холодная, горячая вода, санузел в доме и второй во дворе), стиральная машинка-автомат, посудомоечная машина. В доме 4 раздельные комнаты. Спальных мест 10: три двуспальные кровати, два двуспальных евро дивана, раскладное кресло-кровать + детская кроватка, телевизор, кондиционер в каждой комнате, интернет (wi-fi), большая, оборудованная всем необходимым кухня во дворе. Огороженный двор, парковка для машины, уютная затененная зеленью беседка, мангал, дополнительно летний душ и туалет. До моря 10 минут проехать на машине, пляж песчаный, дно - песок, мелко, отлично подходит для детей. Рядом есть небольшие магазинчики и кафе.
Расчётный час: время заселения - после 16. 00, время выселения - до 11. 00. Ранний заезд и поздний выезд оплачиваются дополнительно.
Берём залог за сохранность имущества в размере стоимости одних суток проживания, при выезде возвращается, но только после уборки дома!
