Сдаю в Евпатории без посредников свой двухэтажный домик со всеми удобствами. Дом находится в «общем» дворе по улице Демышева, 31. В доме кондиционер, машинка стиральная-автомат, СВЧ, утюг, фен, постельное, полотенца, вся кухонная посуда, холодильник, горячая и холодная вода круглосуточно, ЖК-телевизоры, кабельное ТВ, интернет Wi-Fi. Всё есть для комфортного проживания! Возможна установка детской кроватки. Домик рассчитан на 5 взрослых. Отличный ремонт. Первый этаж — кухня, второй этаж — две комнаты. К набережной им. Терешковой и галечным новым пляжам 5 мин. ходьбы, к песчаным пляжам и набережной им. Горького по ул. Дувановской — до 15 мин. средним шагом.
