Здравствуйте, уважаемые гости. Новая квартира после кап. ремонта 2026. Тихий центр в курортный части солнечной Евпатории между двумя шикарными набережными. 10 мин. пешком до песчаного пляжа по парковой зоне. У нас самое чистое море.

В шаговой доступности - супермаркеты, кафешки, пиццерия, столовая, рынок с Крымскими фруктами. Месторасположения идеально.

Я понимаю, как важен для гостей уют, комфорт, а главное чистота. В Вашем распоряжении все для комфортного проживания (нет необходимости перечислять кондиционеры, Smart TV, холодильники...), кухня полностью укомплектована. Двуспальная кровать, диванчик раскладывается, чистое постельное белье, полотенца. Размещение до 3 гостей. В уютном дворе, для моих гостей столик для отдыха, можно воспользоваться мангалом.

Парковка около двора под видеонаблюдением.

Если с Вами питомец, условия оговариваются отдельно. Предоставляю отчетные документы. Бронируя нашу квартиру, Вы получаете комфорт с домашним уютом.
