Для 2+1 человек., место для автомобиля во дворе-до 2 ух машин. Во дворе - мангал, (пешком до пляжей - «солярис», «оазис» 12-15 мин., до набережной им. Терешковой -15 мин. ), остановка маршрутного такси в 50 м. От дома. По дороге к пляжу расположены магазины, супермаркет, кафе, столовая парковочные места есть во дворе и на улице возле дома. Круглосуточное видеонаблюдение!
