Евпатория!!! 2026 год мах. Вместимость дома 11 человек. Сдам 2-ой этаж двух этажного дома «под ключ». (пешком до пляжей - «солярис», «оазис» 12-15 мин., до набережной им. Терешковой 15 мин. ), по дороге к пляжу расположены магазины, супермаркет, кафе, столовая. Остановка общественного транспорта в 100 м. От дома, 3 изолированные комнаты (4+4+3). Жилье со всеми удобствами (новый ремонт 2014 г. ): в комнатах кровати с ортопедическими матрасами, wi-fi, телевизор, кондиционер, холодильник, утюг, горячая и холодная вода круглосуточно, вечером можно посидеть за столиком на большой открытой террасе, есть мангал во дворе для приготовления шашлыка и барбекю, есть место для 2х автомобилей во дворе дома. И возле двора на улице место для автомобилей круглосуточное видеонаблюдение!
