Жилье со всеми удобствами (новый ремонт 2019 г.): в комнатах кровати с ортопедическими матрасами, три комнаты: в 1-й комнате на 3 чел., во 2-й комнате на 3 чел. и в 3-й комнате на 1-2 человека. Жилье со всеми удобствами: кабельное ТВ, беспроводной интернет (Wi-Fi), кондиционер, холодильник, утюг, горячая и холодная вода круглосуточно, душ, туалет, кухня, столовая. Для 1-8 человек, место для автомобиля во дворе — до 2-х машин. Во дворе — мангал (пешком до пляжей — «Солярис», «Оазис» 12-15 мин., до набережной им. Терешковой — 15 мин.), остановка маршрутного такси в 50 м. от дома. По дороге к пляжу расположены магазины, супермаркет, кафе, столовая.
