Сдаю номер на земле с кухней, санузлом. Старый город, возле набережной Терешковой 5-7мин пешком.
В номере есть все для комфортного проживания: холодная и горячая вода круглосуточно, холодильник, микроволновая печь, кухня оборудована посудой, кондиционер, tv, wi-fi, утюг, постельное бельё и полотенца.
Номер на 2-5 человек. Парковочнoе место вoзлe двора, либo платнaя стоянка недалеко от дoма. Двор закрытый, во дворе есть ещё 1 номер до 4 человек. У каждого своя зона отдыха.Возможно бронирование сразу двух номеров.
Рядом остановки общественного транспорта, магазины, кафе, мини рынок. До ближайшего песчаного пляжа "Солярис" и "оазис"8-10мин. Пешком
