Advantages:

Отдыхал с сыном 9 лет. Квартира вполне современная (особенно по меркам Евпатории). Вся быт. техника есть и работает - в т.ч. кондиционер и бойлер горячей воды. Кухонная утварь есть вся - можно готовить самим. Расположение очень удобное - до центр. песочного пляжа 10 минут неспешным шагом, до старого города (Караимская) 20 минут пешком. Рекомендую для молодой пары или пары с ребенком школьником т к. основное спальное место на 2м этаже и присутствует крутая лестница. Хозяйка сама встретила на ЖД вокзале и подвезла к дому - мелочь а приятно! Отдых был незабываемым - в том числе и благодаря отличному жилью.
