В каждой комнате кондиционер, цифровое TV, Wi-Fi, есть стиральная машина, утюг. К пляжу («Солярис») пешком 10 мин. Рынок пешком 15 мин. Исторический маршрут «Малый Иерусалим» пешком 5 мин. Рядом магазины, аптека, остановка общественного транспорта — пешком 2 минуты. Цена зависит от месяца проживания и количества людей, уточняйте. Минимум на 5 суток.
