Сдаю свою 2-комнатную квартиру на 2 этаже частного 2-этажного дома.
Квартира состоит из двух небольших жилых комнат, небольшая кухня, большой коридор-столовая, небольшой туалет с душем, во дворе есть навес со столиком и стульями, для вечерних посиделок.
Дом находится в географическом центре города евпатория.
До моря(центральных пляжей) 15 минут пешком.
