Advantages:

Свежий ремонт, приятная хозяйка, удобное расположение в старой части города.

Disadvantages:

Первое впечатление от жилья испортила некачественная уборка - крошки в холодильнике, чужие волосы на полке в ванной, сырой входной коврик с плохим запахом, забитый слив. В целом все решаемо, но после 10 часов дороги это сильно расстроило(
