Дом расположен в старой части города, в исторической части. До набережной Терешковой 5–7 минут пешком (галечный пляж). До городских пляжей (песчаных) 15–20 минут пешком не спеша. Рядом находятся Колхозный рынок, два больших супермаркета («Фреш» и «Яблоко»), кафе, столовые. По улице Караимская проходит экскурсионный маршрут. Есть где приготовить шашлык и барбекю.
Возможна сдача помесячно, до июня. Дом отапливается.
