Advantages:

Идеальное расположение, рядом остановка трамвая, магазины (Пуд, Еда вода и др. ), до пляжа прогулочным шагом 15 минут. Сама квартира двусторонняя, поэтому кондиционер даже в самую жару не включали.

Disadvantages:

Удивило отсутствие туалетной бумаги. Посуду (кастрюли, сковородки, чайник) пришлось отмыть, прежде чем использовать.
