Студия на 1-2 чел в большом зеленом дворе с розарием. До моря с лебедями - всего 200 м через красивый парк с работающим (!) фонтаном.

Это курортный район: рядом кинотеатр, городской театр, набережная, 5 магазинов, аптека, 20 мин до вокзала.

В доме светло, чисто и есть стабильный интернет

Advantages:

Понравилось расположение, очень близко к морю. Смарт ТВ, кухня удобно, практично, стиральная машина с быстрой стиркой в 15 мин. Хозяйские животные, нам не мешали, очень милые

Disadvantages:

По мелочам. Дверь в туалет хотелось бы закрывать изнутри, нож поточить, шторы с затемнением, днём палит солнце, ночью светит фонарь, и проходящие мимо люди хорошо всё видят

Advantages:

Расположение очень хорошее, близко к морю. Ухоженная территория.

Disadvantages:

Желательно микроволновку поставить и тумбочку для удобства
