Сдаётся однокомнатная уютная квартира на земле со всеми удобствами. В квартире одновременно могут проживать до 4 человек. В квартире есть холодильник, стиральная машина, телевизор, кондиционер, wi-fi, постельное бельё и вся необходимая посуда.
Расположена квартира возле городской площади, в 8-10 минутах ходьбы от песчаного пляжа. Через дорогу парк с фонтаном и удобный выход на две городские набережные, а также в историческую часть города. В 5 минутах ходьбы находятся два супермаркета, рынок, несколько столовых, а также множество кафе и ресторанов.
Во дворе есть мангал.
Цену нужно уточнять. Она зависит от месяца, количества человек и срока проживания.

Advantages:

Полностью соответствует фото, расположение топ - центр Евпатории)) по чистоте вопросики: в ванне, на раковине при заселении нашла чьи-то стриженные ногти, в раковине на кухне тертый сыр, несколько кусочков. Убрала сама, неприятно. Хозяин доброжелательный, его супруга не очень.
