Advantages:

Квартира на первом этаже - удобно. Чистота и порядок. Много всяких мелочей для потребности в быту. Кухня полна утвари, есть даже кухонный фартук)). Вся техника работает. Большой балкон и много цветов. Тихо. До пляжа минут 7-10 пешком. Можно попасть на золотые пески на трамвае. Рядом есть магазины. Заселение вовремя. Поздний выезд без проблем. Хозяин доброжелательный. На телефон всегда отвечал.

Disadvantages:

Топперы на кровати и добавочный вентилятор добавят уюта и комфорта.
