Advantages:

Все очень понравилось, есть все необходимое. Свой дворик, соседей не видели, тихо и спокойно. Пляж 5 минут пешком, рядом столовая и куча магазинов. Плюс - старый район. Хозяйка приветлива, рекомендую!
