Advantages:

Центр Евпатории, абсолютно всё в шаговой доступности, перейти дорогу театр, музыкальный фонтан, кинотеатр, до мелкого и до глубокого моря минут 9 с детьми не спеша. Кафе Молочка (знаковое место в Евпатории),минут 7 медленного шага. Вода еда( КБ) две минуты. Осторожнее с маленькими детьми, крутая лестница на второй этаж, есть на фото.
